The Secure Data Exchange (SDX) is an important AHSA system for securely exchanging data and other files. Only registered and authenticated users are able to access the SDX.
Access the SDX
- If you have not yet registered for the SDX, you will first need to create an account. Read the registration guide below for instructions.
- Login to the SDX here. You will be asked for your AHSA website login details. AHSA uses two-factor email authentication for login to the SDX.
- Once you are logged in, you will be able to download and upload files, including data submissions (eg. AN-SNAP and HCP) and Business Partnership Agreement (BPA) documents and fund contract approvals.
Please ensure that you understand your responsibilities and the process in terms of data submission and BPAs. Instructions are emailed to hospital staff approved for SDX access for these areas.
